Terms of Service

 

General:
We handle all orders and deliveries on the basis of the following general terms and conditions. Orders only become binding after our confirmation. We reserve the right to withdraw from an order without giving reasons if it can be assumed that the execution of the order entails a financial risk for us. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, deliveries and services and are part of every contract between Dekomat AG and the customer / partner.
By ordering the goods/service, these terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted, even if they are not expressly agreed again.
The buyer's general terms and conditions of purchase are hereby contradicted.
Deviations from these terms and conditions are only effective if we confirm them in writing. We reserve the right to make technical changes in the sense of technical progress as well as changes in shape, color and material.

Prices:
Our prices are ex works Kefikon, Switzerland, plus statutory VAT and transport costs, valid until revoked.

Delivery:
Deliveries are always made ex works using the most cost-effective method. We only deliver to recipient addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, export shipments are generally not possible. If you need large quantities, please ask us.

Shipping:
Shipping is exclusively via DPD Switzerland, with the exception of small items, which can be sent by post. The postage is per package (max. weight and volume per package). For selected products, shipping is free of charge until further notice.
The postage costs are:

• DPD Standard/classic (delivery within 24 – 48 hours): CHF 15.00 / 30.00

• DPD Express (delivery on the next working day by 12:00 p.m.): CHF 30.00

• DPD Maxi / bulky goods (delivery within 24 – 48 hours): CHF 45.00

• A letter Swiss Post (delivery within 24 – 48 hours): CHF 2.00

• Forwarding deliveries at cost (depending on volume, weight and delivery location)
   

The recipient must ensure that someone is present at the specified address during the day to be able to accept the package against a signature. We are also happy to deliver to a different delivery address, such as a logistics center, studio, place of work, neighbor, etc. A deposit authorization can also be deposited with DPD, in which case the risk of loss passes to the recipient when the package is deposited.

 

• Delivery time:
  Approx. 7-10 days availability of goods and logistics capacity provided. The expected delivery times for products that are not available from stock are estimates and are only binding after we have confirmed the order.
   

• Payment Methods:
  You have the option of choosing the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa

  • Postfinance: Postcard, Post E-Finance

  • Advance payment (payable within 5 days net)

  • Invoice (payable within 30 days net):

We generally supply existing customers, companies entered in the commercial register as well as institutions, authorities and schools against invoice payable within 30 days net, but we reserve the right to use other payment methods, especially for new customers.

• late payment:
  If the payment deadline is exceeded, we reserve the right to charge standard bank interest and reminder fees.
   

• small quantity surcharge:
  For orders under CHF 100, a small quantity surcharge of CHF 10 will be charged.
   

• Warranty:
  Complaints about damaged or defective goods must be made in writing within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. A guarantee of 2 years after the invoice date is granted for hidden defects, with the exception of wearing parts and improper handling. It is our decision whether to offer a free replacement or repair. If a defect cannot be remedied by either repairs or a replacement delivery, the buyer can demand a reduction in the purchase price or cancel the purchase contract. Further claims are excluded unless we are guilty of intent or gross negligence.

• Goods return:
  We can only accept returns in exceptional cases after prior agreement. Please contact us by phone or email. Returns of too many or wrong (size etc.) ordered goods are not possible. In any case, a processing fee of CHF 10 will be charged. Fabric/foil cuts and custom-made products are non-returnable.
   

• Withdrawal of the order:
  In the case of cancellations of orders (especially credit card payments) that are not requested through our fault (delayed delivery, items that cannot be delivered), a processing fee of CHF 5.00 as well as the card fee will still be due.
   

• Delivery areas:
  Deliveries can only be made within Switzerland and Lichtenstein. (We are happy to provide foreign customers with the address of our partners in Europe.)
   

• retention of title:
  The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.
